Recommend a good PT in Cork?

    Hey folks,

    Im looking to get some personal training but dont know where to start in getting a trainer. Does anyone have any recommendations for Cork based trainers? I'm unsure of how to seperate the good from the bad and dont want to be dropping money down the drain....its weight loss I'm mainly aiming at so a good nutrition knowledged trainer would be brillant
