Hi, just looking for a bit of guidance. I know the big firms recruit trainee solicitors 1+ years in advance. How does it usually work with the smaller firms? (By which I mean, everything from very small to medium, but it's the smaller ones I'm more interested in.) Just wondering when I should get my CVs into these places,…
