I thought it was about a man named oisin who went on a horse and fell in love with Niamh!!Does anyone know wat the unseen pros was about?

I think the unseen prose was about this boy called Seainín who was friends with a dolphin called Dorád who was kidnapped before the story begins, or at least before the extract they gave us begins. He was so sad about the dolphin being kidnapped that he didn't eat very much of his dinner, and his parents said not to be worried, that the dolphin would come back. Then we find out that Seainín's three friends had gone to England to look for the man who kidnapped the dolphin. Then Seainín gets a call from one of the friends who says they found the dolphin and he was safe and sound, and was on his way home with them now. Then Seainín told his parents that his friends found the dolphin, then one of them says 'I told you he would return!' and then Seainín says that he is now hungry.
At least I'm pretty sure that's what it meant!!

Did anyone answer the question about the traits of Seainín's parents? What did u write for it?

I think I said they were spreaguil and cinealta, because they were telling him that the dolphin would come back - the examiners will probably accept anything because it's not like they'll say no they weren't kind or encouraging... unless you say something like they're murderous and cross :D which would be stupid of course :)

I said they were go deas agus cinnealta. Is that okay?

I sunno they are kinda the same thing, could get away with it though!

I didnt do that one because i couldnt think of a second one, well done for thinking of spreauil, that was clever.

I did dóchasach and grámhar and then said they were dóchasach (hopeful) cuz they said that the dolphin would return even tho it had been kidnapped :)

Looking at all these posts now I think I may of completely f*cked up Irish and maths unbelievably.
Im also starting to doubt the work I did for english even though Im pretty sure english was fine.

Irish I didn't completely mess up paper 1(Atleast I hope not) but paper 2 until now I've messed up a question in the reading comprehension and the one of the giotaí gearra and my studied prós and poetry were fine I think but unseen poetry was a disaster.

Listening was fine except for Cuid B (Some of it)

Hoping a C now, really worried.

Gonna work my @ss off for atleast a B in maths, Paper 2 studying.

I never thought that the irish could get as easy as my mocks but it was!!!:D:D:D I even got bored looking over my papers but I didnt leave early case I spotted something. In our paper 1 there was about 40 people in the exam centre but once the exam was over there was 5. Thats how everyone else thought of it lol

I found the whole thing really easy, aural included! The unseen poetry was simple, so much easier than any of the past/sample papers! Everything worked out, and I had plenty of time left. Had a slight problem with the letter... I couldn't figure out how to end it! I just said I got lost in a forest and fell down a hill. Good thing they don't dock marks for boring answers!

wel if the examiner doesnt find your letter interesting there less inclined to give you the marks? :P
