This time last season I'd have estimated 800k for the lock and 1-1.2M for the halfback.

I imagine that the improvements to the academy training will be starting to have a depressing effect on price though, particularly for the halfback who has no unusual non-trainables. It looks like the next couple of seasons will see 18/19 year olds with similar skillsets right out of the academy.

sssshhhh dave sssshhhh tell people my guys are one of a kind. actually theres some load of ****e on the tm its hard to find players similar to my guys or even around that lvl there usual way better or way worse so hopefully your right dave because i need players

I'm somewhat in the market for a prop longterm, but he's a bit lightweight for me. He'd be replacing lads who are 137 and 136.

It's combined pack weight so if you have an extra heavy backrow or second row player everything will balance out!

Yeah, see that's my problem. I used to always go for heavy props, heavy 2nds and lightweight backrow, but now it's so damn hard to get decent locks I've had to lighten up my 2nds and compensated by getting heavier props.

Still... tempting. I know I'll need one in a season or two, as the oldest prop is getting on. Will have a look at my training slots.
