Hi there, I am new to these forums and am sorta new to BO Rugby (well I am a couple of months into it!). I do need a friendly for tomorrow though, if anyone wants to. My team is Ali's Academicals. Any takers would be great :)

I dont think this will be as competative as i hoped.

Lost 4 starters to injury on sat, so i'll need to pretty much completly change my squad around to try find viable replacments. Thankfully i've only got a BOT team for next sat... so hopefully i'll have it sorted by the following week!

So i very much expect to loose this one...

Good game Crisco, Much better second half!

Would be interested to see a full XV vs XV later in the season if you're up for it again,at some stage ?

Same to you! Beefed up pack got 2 drive overs from scrums so happy with that.

Defo up for a full team game later in the season. Although my team was full enough yesterday aside from resting my best player and 1 of my better players...Annoyed though, was giving a fella a run to see if he was any use and he got injured in the second minute!

I'm looking for a friendly for next monday (14/12) to get use to this game as fast as possible. The team name is Beltra and I'm in league V.8 if that helps.

I'll give you a game - It will be reserves (bar couple of players i play everygame for as much training as possible) at WNWIM.

If you want to go ahead and request it I will accept it this evening - it's blocked in work!:(

team is: 'Everyone likes a tryer' :)

    Cool, thanks request sent.

Just a quick question, not trying to derail the thread but...

If I'm playing my league game at "Like there no tomorrow" then I should play friendlies at the other setting (not normal), right? For training purposes and Fitness levels.

WNWIM = More in-game training, less experience, less energy spent.

Accepted there... at my desk for lunch today!

and yes play friendlies at WNWIM for training etc, but less experience achieved as frankie said.. but in my opinion expereince at these lower levels is not as important (all my have pretty bad experience!)

    Though...

I have found that my kicker with less kicking ability but more experience delivers more conversions than my stupidly talented but young lad.

Yes well since all my kickers have little experience I don't see a difference! :D but I would expect that to be the case that with experience you wouldn't choke (NZ excepted!:p ) but in time my team will gain it... i think...
