    I'm not an expert but I would say up the reps while you're starting off, as you'll still make good gains and the technique is tough enough to get right.

    no brian, i have an open mind , theres a difference. I like hendrix, behemoth, rise against, rihanna, the eagles, disturbed, metallica,vivaldi, bethoven, oasis, kings of leon, mastoden, whitney houston and plenty more, just because i dont steriotype certain music and curse it off because of it.
