    Aldi are now selling them in the same golden packets that you find in the healthshops. Last time I bought the stuff it set me back €6/7 I think, Aldi selling it for €2.50. Might be of interest for some.

    Don't know about that, buying the milled ones that is. As far as i know you're better off buying them whole and grinding them yourself, and then refrigerating. I'm fairly sure they lose a lot of their beneficial properties* if not refrigerated, which i'm fairly sure those bags of Linwood aren't.

    oh i cant wait for the winter....all that food... ive actually bought 12 cows and am feeding them like mad at home....there going to be good eating in em come sept/october...
