There used to be a warehouse across from the Rovers?!The rovers return is going to find it hard to get fire insurance as this will be the second time it went on fire.other fires on the street were under world and a warehouse which used to be across the road from the rovers.

The warehouse was part of mike baldwins factory,it burned in 1975 with the loss of 2 lives.
I cant believe Tracy missed the full monty as she spent half of last week talking about it.0 -

i don't know the media have taken his comments completely out of context...
what he was quoted as saying was"If you accept that you are pure love ... and therefore live that pure love, these things won't happen to you."
and the reporter asked"To some people that sounds perhaps like you're saying victims bring things on themselves. Is that what you're saying?"
to which he replied"No, not quite, but then yes I am. Everything that happens to us is the result of what we have been in previous lives."
i think because of the michael le vell thing they are focusing on child abuse where he was referring more to his beliefs of past lives relating to this life....etc

I can understand Katy trying to have a bit of "excitement" with someone.I am sure it can be lonely and such stuck in the house all day with the child. Jayney Mack though Chesney would wear your patience sometimes with his pettiness.For a young fella, he is such a chauvinist.Tie the wifey/partner to the bay-be and the kitchen sink while he "provides" for her.He needs to let her out to wind down and enjoy herself, but the knucklehead she picked though.She was wrong though.Fair play to Gary for thumping that loser.
Katy is just another mother with a small baby, next to none of them feel the need to have an affair. It's a baby that she wanted against everyones advice, a baby that she had to convince Chesney that she wanted to have as well. She is hardly lonely, sister and Dad live around the corner, Cafe down the road and all her mates are nearby.
Chesney has a job on the market that sometimes goes well, sometimes doesn't so that's life, but it's one that she sought out for herself and she should learn to accept it, something she can do without having an affair.

No person or building on Coronations Street would get insurance in the real world what with fires, trucks, trams crashing, robberies going wrong, murders, mass murders car accidents and so on. It's a blackspot for Lloyds Insurers.
Sunita woke up and it still confined to one corner then she gets to the top of the stairs and the whole place is on fire. She also must have super lungs on the floor or not the smoke would've had her by now.
Sorry to say but I know from experience that smoke and fire both rise quickly, sometimes at frightening speed. best place in a fire is on the floor. I've been in a four storey building where a fire started in a store room at the back of the shop on the ground floor. The shop at the front was barely damaged, basement untouched by fire but destroyed by water from the fire brigade, the rest of the building was totally gutted.
What gets me about the Rovers fire is the amount of explosions, does Stella have a bomb making factory there or what?0
