not me. but assuming its a tv race hillview boy, dalluar dhar, exmoor ranger and my will, all look possibles. apologies if i'm way wrong. these are real guesses not me pretending to guess to avoid prosecution.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,968 ✭✭✭✭mike65

Exmore Ranger Wincanton 3.25 is the biggest mover of the day so far. I was listening to the WH boys extolling its chances last night so I'm on it.

edit - Hillview Boy is massivly the most backed on RP - 5681 bets!

Just watching the rerun of morning line and they said that Hillview Boy is one of the pricewise horses. It was also put up by Hugh Taylor yesterday.

    Pw-E

    12.30 Sandown - Psi
2.00 Down Royal - Captain Cole

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 133 ✭✭markhiggins

spot on mike, for captain cole the idea is that he hass been running very well on the flat and with a 5lb claimer he is at an advantage at the weights, does say that there are big dangers and its worth taking a chance at 16s.

Psi in the 12 30 not much to be said, should be better after his seasonal debut and a good claimer, did well in that debut against a better field.

Exactly Segals point. I had a quick deco at the Post later and he mentioned the fact that very few handicappers hold their form right to the end of the season but that Ella appeared to have been aimed at the race. He wasn't wrong about that at all and everyone seemed surprised that the winner got the distance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,135 ✭✭✭POINTBREAK

The winner was well supported though, so somebody must have fancied it. Tom had the 2nd and 3rd in the race and both looked like winning, so I dont see how anyone can complain.
I though it was odd that Paul Carberry was concerned about the ground for Casey Jones at Down Royal. The horse has won on heavy at Punchestown and been placed 3 or 4 times on heavy ground.
