Windscreen "washing" beggar

I was driving down the quays near the O2 this morning and stopped at the lights. Theres one set that take ages to change so you're sitting there for a good few minutes. Anyhoo...up wanders this guy to the line of cars that are stopped and starts squirting washing-up liquid laden water from a bottle and tries to clean…

How annoying is it when that happens?! I drive around that area a lot so I know what you're talking about. I don't really care how poor this guy is, I don't want his sh*te on my windscreen. Don't know how anybody can tolerate this.
