Ring your insurance company - Now
They will tell you what you are entitled to
If the car is less than one year old you may have a clause in which you get a replacement.
If not then you may be entitled to car hire for a period of time.

Your insurance company are the only peple who will be able to tell you.
It should be on your policy too - give it a read.

Oh and sorry to hear what happened - was it just torced where u left it?
Its 2005 and i can geta hire car for 2 weeks but the gardai told me it will take more than that to sort out.Wouldnt normally leave it were i left it ,but the brother was staying over so he parked in my space

Well I would take the car hire anyway for as long as you can.
Have a look on carzone for similar cars so you know what to expect when the Ins Company ring.
And remember you can reject their offer and hold out for a higher one. I've heard of this working.
Apart from that you may have to get the bus for a while - or try to buy something cheap to get you around.

Hope it works out for ya
