I think I hate you a little bit.

McIlroy guitars are among the finest I've ever played. I used to work in Perfect Pitch when they sold McIlroys so I've played almost every instrument he made from serial#1 to about 90. They are incredible.

New Fender Super-Sonic.
Huge change from the Peavey/Marshall half stack and I'm loving this amp to bits.
The natural over drive on that comes from cranking the Bassman channel is unbelievable.

Just bought the MXR Custom Shop GT-OD today too. Plugged this into the naturally over driven Bassman channel is a match made in heaven.
The cleans from the Vibrolux sparkle and they sparkly when you crank it.
The burn channel is nice on it's own but using the MXR as a boost pedal makes it sing.

Think I've found my perfect set up!

Here is my extended range arsenal, some have been featured before. From left we have a Peavey Predator, an Ibanez SR706, an Ibanez K7, an Agile Interceptor and an Ibanez K5.

The Interceptor is a new arrival, I bought it last week. Unfortunately a hand injury has meant that I haven't been able to put it through its paces properly.
