    Hello All,
Hope you continue to enjoy the great summer weather.
On Monday 28th.June you can expect to hear some great music to, hopefully, match the met office predictions.

In the line up Abdullah Ibrahim proves that the vuvuzela is not the only tune to emerge from South Africa. Abdullah remains true to his heritage although he was exiled during the "bad times" in his home country.

Cartoon were a now defunct Cork jazz outfit who are always worth hearing on disc - a track from them making some wry observations re the history of jazz music acceptance in Ireland many years ago.

Clarence Gatemouth Brown, vocalise outfit Groove Society, Barbara Acklin, Barb Jung and Kenny Barren will also join us on 4FM after the 9PM news update on Monday 28th. June 2010.

    Can you make it??

    Cheers

Don't You Worry 'Bout A Thing - Smooth Jazz will deliver the musical goods as per usual next Monday 5th.July on 4FM after the 9.00pm news update.

Incognito with their version of the Stevie Wonder classic will be included together with a Famous 4FM Themed Four Play including a track from Fourplay. A bit confusing maybe???

Eric Darius has a new Shanachie Album out I will play a track and should also take in Tower Of Power, George Benson and Zrazy.

You would be CRAZY to miss it.
