    U ok ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,589 ✭✭✭shakencat

    yeah..

    was either..

go into the back of a brand new 10 corsa..

or swerve into a wooden pole..

    i opted for the pole.

and now i may have killed my baby :(

How bad is it ? Is the radiator and front panel damaged or is it just a bumper and bonnet. Hope you don't have to pay for the pole if you damaged that too. At least your ok anyway and no one was hurt which is little consolation but as my driving instructor said to me one day I bounced his Escort off a high footpath "that could have been a child"

    ah i know..
if i was hurt i wouldn care bout the car,

but the fact im not, and my car is.. im sad :(

im just lucky no one was on the other side of the road coming for me,
or that anyone was on the footpath,

i think i cracked the wishbone?

thhing my two wheels are on..

just home it didnt damage the main line..:(

    Wishbone isn't too bad :)
No actual bodywork damage so ? To look at it would you know it's had a slap ?

nah its stil pretty as ever,

    hard as nails,

    like its owner :o

    need new alloys now,

white ones could be coming my way

Don't buy your wheels in Halfords as they come with awful tyres. Ebay may be your friend for 2nd hand genuine MG wheels. I presume you're not driving the car till it's sorted / checked out. There may be some unseen damage to steering or braking components due to the impact the wheel took.
