Well I've ordered Street Figther IV and taken the gamble on gamesnash.ie delivering early but I'm not too fussed as long as it arrives by the day of release, otherwise I be left tears for the whole weekend (you would not want that on your conscience now Gamesnash.ie :D)

This might be a retarded question, but just to make sure....I'm ordering it now, I'm assuming that means its pre-ordered and theres no special area I have to go to 'pre-order' it... ? Just wanna make sure this is not sent out on Friday instead.

The righ honourable GN rep said that a pre order needs only have bee placed 2 days before the official release I believe.

Yep your order status changes to pre order as soon as one of the customer service receieves it - if you check it now it should say pre order. Your order will hopefully ship tomorrow afternoon.

:D The right honourable probably went over a lot of peoples heads but have to say made me laugh.

Noodler is correct in that orders placed up to and including when we receive the stock into us - usually the wed before a fri release - will be treated as pre orders, orders placed on the thursday are treated as normal stock orders and ship with the first available post collection after processing.

Are you on a bet to use the word "retarded" in every post?

Seems the painters are in for someone. :pac:

Why would you ask me such ******ed question when I obviously don't say the word ******ed in every post? Just check my profile, look at my previous posts and count how many have the word in it versus those that do not. The logical conclusion you should reach is that I'm not currently taking part in such a bet:)

Besides, I don't gamble anyways, gamblings for retards:p

What? I said retards, not retarded....

    woops:o

Postman hadn't arrived by the time I left for college this morning, probably just as well because if SF4 had arrived I might have stayed home instead...

alithough i could have some games to trade :D
    Gamenash are the business
my friend ordered from u and got it the day before
needless to say we both were sick
and had to take a day off school :D

Thanks for the postitive feedback guys.

@Marko93 if you have some games to trade in swing by the site and fill in the trade in form. You might find you have enough credit to pay for Res Evil 5 leaving you free to get SF4 now. For the record we don't encourage gamers to take the day off school sick but with SF4 we do understand ;)

I must admit I was skeptical about Gamesnash getting Street Fighter IV to me the day before release, as it turns out my skeptisism was unfounded- great work for an Irish site and I'll be using you again!(Pity about Killzone 2 :()

Needless to say I got home from work yesterday and put it in the PS3, several hours later it was past my bedtime but 1 more game couldn't hurt...

I couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning for work so instead of the usual 8am start I arrived in at 12. I think Gamesnash.ie owe my employer for 4 hours work.

Just before I left for work the postman arrived and dropped in my copy of FEAR 2 which I had pre-ordered from play.com, NEVER AGAIN!

PS: Is videogamesplus.ca best bet for killzone at a good price and close to release date?

They can send us an invoice :D

Glad it arrived on ( before ) time. We have to be very clear here though we don't and are not allowed to promise a pre release delivery - we aim for release day delivery and sometimes it arrives early. ;)

That's actually not too bad for play.com.

Would not personally recommend going outside of Europe. Any DLC / online play could be region locked.

    Hey Gamesnash
I sent a trade in form
how long dose it take for a reply

  • Company Representative Posts: 2,957 ✭✭✭Gamesnash.ie: Pat

    Hi Marko,

It is usually done within one working day - so trade in forms sent on Monday will be replied to that day or Tuesday. If your form was sent in late on a Friday / Weekend it would be Monday when it is answered. The lads don't work weekends unless they have a backlog to clear.
