Descending toward Stetchelberg from Oberhoresee about three weeks ago. The Jungfrau is in the middle, poking out of frame.

Madly mushy up there after rain, isn't it? The steep path to the footbridge is nice enough, if you don't slip!

I was back in the Berner Oberland at the weekend for a running event in Grindelwald. One last hurrah before I go back to Ireland. :(

Posted in my log yesterday but its been a while since I ran up a hill
Silvermines in Tipperary. Might try and catch a rising sun from this Cairn shot looking back east next time :)

Yeah. I work in a rural enough location every second week so do get to go a bit native sometimes

A few photos of where I spent most lock down earlier in the year. I don't bring my phone on runs but here's a few photos I took when walking the pooch this week. If we go into another 5km radius it's not the worst place to run

Started a new log titled Sunrise Running in the logs section. Figured it was appropriate to photo my first running sunrise of the year. Amazing thing about it is you could easily mistake it for an autumn sunset too (if not for the frost) IMO :)

Did a nice loop on the hills above Cruagh woods today. No world records set with the slushy conditions. Ended running through what was effectively a river on the way down with the amount of melt water. No wind so thankfully I wasn't frozen alive...

Managed another spin up in the hills earlier today. Parked up at Kilmashogue car park and headed up to above 3 rock where the photo was taken. Age really getting to me on the hills now vs 10 years ago but still a very enjoyable run. Wasnt too cold today and no snow/slush on the trails at all.

Few pics from the Waterford Greenway last w/end, it's a nice route to run. I drove to Dungarvan & then took the bus to Waterford.
