I just had my car towed by western towing
from the Montezuma Square Parking Lot

I've called them
and am trying to find the driver that took the car
it was a 1996 mitsubishi that they identifiesd as a geo metro

The Parking Sign reads no overnight parking plus for costumers only


won't be able to retrieve car til a get a calll it

oh wait
they have a man who goes from lot to lot
they have a person ar another lot
the just helping someone else

I left my number for this lot release man
now, waiting to hear when I should expect a call



the lot man is going to check if the car is actually a mitsubishi

I didn't know my liscence place number
that infomation is at home and I'm currently stranded at my friends house

waiting for a phone call

I've been getting a fair number of condescending messages from Simon.
I am concerned that the channels of communication may be hacked.
So I am posting the last message in public so Simon can confirm whether theses messages are real.

You are continuing to have problems communicating. I have very little idea what you're trying to say here.

I'm not alone in this opinion -- pretty much the entirety of the rest of the board members feel the same way.

I would once again strongly recommend looking into how you are communicating -- much of the trouble that you're running into is due to your apparent lack of written communication ability.

This is in regard as to why I, Matt Lyle Holck
have turned in my resignation after working proudly two years for as a Dish Washer.
I believe the current management has not been honest therefore I am unable to work with them.
I am going site several situations to support my point.

There has been many times when I needed to leave work early
and I would asked the Management to make sure the cleaning of the kitchen
would be complete before opening the next morning.
Chris would assure me that the dishes would be in good order when I returned the next workday.
I would return to find that dishes with food particles would be left out in the kitchen to fester overnight
or even an entire weekend.
I knew then that could not count on the management to met the sanitary requirements
which I feel are necessary for a clean and honorable work environment.

As the policy states,
"When asked to do a task, you must do so in an appropriate manor and time frame."

This brings me to my second point: ”The dining trays".
The restaurant has been running out of dining trays for the patrons to use during lunch.
I have rushed many times to clean serving trays fast enough
to make sure customers had trays to place their orders on.
Sometimes, I was not able to keep up.
I had asked Chris to buy new serving trays to increase efficiency and better serve the customer.
He informed me that he was unable to purchase the trays for less than $10 a piece
and therefore never purchased new trays.
As a manager, I believe Chris should have been able to find a solution,
but this substandard performance of a lack of trays lasted approximately 8 months.
Note: the lost trays suddenly reappeared under Julie's management
after I wrote a rebuttal to Julie’s "disciplinary write up" of myself.

And so I come around to the adversaries relation between Julie and myself.
I believe Chris may have purposely promoted.
When Julie came on board as a secretary, she proposed creating an Employee of the month award.
"That stipulated that those who take long unpaid lunches where to be exempt from winning.”
I am the only one that takes long lunches and feel this was directed towards me.
I always make sure the dishes are done on time, and the kitchen is in good order at the end of the day.
And I also believe that an efficient employee is a properly rested one."
I can believe that Julie may be innocent of knowing
that the employee of the month award system targeted me.
I cannot believe that Chris was unaware.
As a manager, he should not create situation that is a detriment to employee moral.
I apologize to Julie for this potentially fabricated misunderstanding.

The confidence of the crew was sorely tested over Christmas.
I month prior to Christmas vacation, I had asked Chris for the date I would be off .
Chris informed me that my last day before Christmas break would be December 22.
Sometime into December,
Chris informs the employees that everyone will be working through Christmas Eve.
Anyone who did not work these days should not expect to have a job after Christmas Break.
I find his tactics to be extremely bad for the moral of the workers.
I myself was not able to spend Christmas with my family.

Over the Christmas break, the kitchen floor was tiled.
Around last June, I recall Chris struggling with a budget to purchase the tile floors.
Once we had the floor, Julie continually reminded me that floor cost $100,000.
Now, I had dedicated hard work and thoughtful efficiency to the kitchen for two years
for pay well under $20,000 annually, I could not help but feel cheated by the company.
On Friday 2-26-2010, Chris informed me that the funding had come from the company
that owned the kitchen that the company merely contracts in.
I don't understand why the details of the tiling had not be revealed far earlier
as miscommunications drastically affected my moral.

As company policy states,
"Part of the professional aspects of both Aramark and Amylin is to communicate in an appropriate way and follow directions."

Speaking of which,
I seem to be one of the only employees that Chris can get to follow directions.
When I steeped into Chris’s office on Thursday 2-25-2010
to inform Chris that I was unhappy with the amount of work that I had be assigned,
We began to brain storm on how we could alleviate my work load.
I suggest having someone else deal with the break down of the cardboard,
and Julie suggested getting the employees to break down the cardboard as they go
when Chris openly admitted that he was unable to get the crew to do that.
That day we managed to hammer out a 6.5 hour day for myself that would be implemented sometime in the future.

But as stated earlier, I have no faith in Chris being able to complete tasks in a timely manor.
So on Friday, I stepped into the office and informed that he had two weeks to make the schedule change.
I felt this was an appropriate time frame
(as responsible employees allow two weeks for a replacement to be found before quitting.)
Chris insisted that I was threatening him with quitting and become obstinate in communication.
He informed me that he could create two 5 hour shifts and give me one of the shifts with no benefits
or have me scheduled for even more hours as the only options.
Neither of which would provide for my well being and happiness
while I continue to support the company.
He pressed that I was no longer happy at the company
when he well know the reason I for my unhappiness was
that the amount of work piled on my back had become too heavy.
Chris intentionally assign me extra tasks
because I am one off the few employees he can depend on.
I believe he has been creating hardships for me to get me to quit.
The subject which he kept returning to although that I was only using at as a reference
as to what I expect to be an appropriate time to make a schedule change.
I get the feeling that Chris wants me to quit
instead of trying to address my current overworked miseries.

Based on the belief,
that the Manager does not actually want me to continuing working in the kitchen
or more so that I have No Confidence in Chris as a manager.
I am forced to turn in my 2 weeks resignation.
