    Well, so im starting in gmit aswell.. Ya i have the same problem dont no any one going to gmit?? loads going to nuig though. Is gmit any good soicaly? Is it a good college... And where should ya stay? thanks

    Went to gmit knowing no-one, How loads of friends now and is a great place to go too....Would recommend it to anyone....:D

    Same, I went not knowing a soul but now I have a fair few friends theres. The majority of people there are in the same position so its easy to get to know people quickly.

    Doing Software Development since the Web Dev. coarse in SIT was canceled, might as well go to GMIT since I prefer Galway to Sligo town!

    i'm going in as a mature student so, the offers come out earlier!which is handy! but have u received any information on the start dates, or did u just ask them?:)

    well its in the prospectus but i emailed them and they said that
    but no they didnt send me anything

    On the Business side of things the lecturers are very nice.
