I was in the same boat as you for 5 years. I worked PT throughout my entire college life and it got me by. I needed very little money off my folks. I only copped on to a grant in my final year (didn't think i'd be eligible all along - turns out I was), so that helped too.

i drink tuborg ahead of heini anyday, why should lazy gits who get people they know to sign saying there looking for work when there off smoking hash get money when i cant because im learning stuff

Loads of students don't bother learning in college and smoke hash. How are we to know you aren't one of them? You don't even know when to use the words "they're" and "there". Are you high right now?

A load of my friends are on the dole. Most of them have degrees as well, they all live with their parents though, and it's pretty cushy if you don't have to pay rent or food bills. One of them is only getting 40 euro a week for some reason, that's become what i like to call his '50 bag seekers allowance.'
