They are on Joolz on Tuesday at 10pm. Heard something about it on phantom. As far as i know they are signed to his new label.

Almost sh1te band, but absolutely excellent track.

People born before 1970 (ish) may remember this as the theme tune to ITV's Sunday morning programme, Weekend World?

Isnt that the lead singer from the immediate? Have to say, first time i heard it i thought it was very boring, but its growing on me - i cant deny its good.

Yes thats him. The more I hear of them the more impressed I am. Shame it didnt work out for him in the Immediate. Ghost in this house one of the best irish singles in years.

I was always so bummed The Immediate didn't work out. I did luckily manage to have a chat with him when he was working with Cathy Davey's band. Told me to keep an eye out for his new band. I'm so excited I finally came across it! Sounds good so far. Hope the rest is the same standard!

Discovered this one yesterday on Phantom. Maria McKee one of the great femaie vocalists IMO. Did a great duet with the Golden Horde in the eighties.

Yeah I thought about the dog for a moment but luckily i heard the song first. Again McKee has a terrific voice.

Always amazes me. We have so many great bands and yet they dont seem to get the recognition either through the Choice awards or the Meteor Awards. Just dont get that at all.
