    Yeah but look at 48 hours later, thats as close as the cold will get. There is a lump of high pressure developing to the south which will drag westerlies in. The temp outlook for 7-10 days is getting very mild for January.

    Great - looks like we are going back to the usual mild muck!
    This frequent changing of models is frustrating...is the best rule of thumb to only believe what is T+72 ?

    Is anything else just FI? And if so, why is anything greater than T+72 posted? Surely this is just setting people up for a fall ?

    Thanks to all who have made it an enjoyable read.
    No thanks to the posters who have continually ignored the mods on this thread and have posted off topic.

    As was repeated several times, this is a thread for model/ensemble watching. It gets very off putting when someone posts up a chart and a few rampers start ramping up nothing really and is tend to be off topic and miles into FI.
