I'm dissappointed by the very un-Euro toe shoe sticking out from under the over shoes in the top right of that picture.

    That's Tom's.... he's always been a disappointment, euro wise :)

A White Peugeot 205 ... I was 13 years old ... I was showing off my cycling with no hands skills ... which at the time was not quite perfect yet .... I woke up in casualties :) .d ....

Reminds me of the time my brother (around 13 aswell at the time) was called early one morning to bring a set of keys to my Mam's workplace as she forgot them.

He came out of the house pretty knackered and started freewheeling down our road and decided to .....wait for it......take a quick nap....Needless to say his nap didn't last long - was rudley interrupted by a parked car.

It was mechanical problem with his overshoes, this has now been fixed.

I have a couple of good ones, cycling along the quays and it was one of my first rides using toe straps, looked down to clip in and I was cycling quite close to a line of cones when I looked up to find that one was protruding from the line and was about an inch from my wheel.
Quite sore times, you can imagine the rest of the story.

Another time I was doing some training in the Pheonix park coming up to the Castleknock, very dark at the time and I had my front light on constant to see joggers(which btw are impossible to see). I looked up to see some FECKIN HUGE deer infront of me cought in the light, frozen, i jammed on my brakes and somehow remembered to put my light on flashing and shout at them. They simply moved to either side of the path as I flew by dropping bricks.

I was cycling in Ballyhoura one night with helmet lights blazing when a rabbit hopped onto the trail. I started to brake but it kept moving. However by then I was looking right at it and the full beam hit it in the face so it decided to stop instead. Emergency braking was implemented but it was too late and the front wheel washed out. I went down hard and I swear the rabbit jumped right over my head on the way back to the woods!!

Also nearly ran down a whole squirrel family one day when they abruptly changed direction in front of me.

Original is here. If you like that, you may also like Kenya (although Badger Badger Badger is definitely the classic.)

Don't forget Magical Trevor, or Magical Trevor 2, 3 and 4

Or for Kenya fans, check out Somalia, it's next door to Kenya!
