Really that there were estimates. I make no statement as to the veracity of the estimates.

One can see the rationale for no announcement or usage of these purchased nukes, if they exist, given the inability of Iran to produce more. They could be used in storage as a strategic reserve, but until replacements could be created, it could be shooting the bolt.
