    I ordered an mp3 and was only charged £2.99 , if they wanted more money they should have asked, if they want an extra 5er i'll just cancel the order

    Pretty much the same here. Placed two orders and they only looked for the £2.99 on each of them. Maybe there is a surcharge for larger or heavier items??

    I ordered a twin pack of earphones awhile back & the only charged me the normal £2.99 shipping but anything I bought on their sell-off's had the extra £5 shipping,...see below

    We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

    We currently only deliver to UK destinations including republic of Ireland. Shipping is set at £2.99 for UK Mainland deliveries, but on couriered deliveries outside UK Mainland will be subject to a £5 courier surcharge.

    Surecharge is only for items over 1kg, and 'large' items.

    Unfortunately the tollerance is a bit low. I've seen them add the surcharge to small enough stuff like laptop bags, and a 'slim' keyboard.
    Anything that can fit in a pocket should be grand tho.
