Did you do your leaving cert in 1994 or the junior in 92. Ryan was the yearhead and O Hara was all set for promotion. And Jody was a very frightning prospect to bump into the wrong way down the one way corridor. If you fancy getting together for a night out and seeing some of the old faces then put your name down here. Pass the word around...

Kilcawleys in the Abberley Court Hotel is the venue so which date is best for all ? 10 votes

I'll sticky this for a little while for you. You might want to give people an idea of when you'd be thinking of this night out however, coming up to Christmas people's diaries fill up quickly.

I thank you very much. Kinda waiting to see what sort of response we get first but I'll try to get some idea early on.

    Add me to the list.

If the name joconnor is too cryptic it's JOC. :D

And a correction, bumping into Jody in the one way corridoor was fun, especially if you got a chase off him.

No date or venue set as yet. Probably safe to say after christmas. I'll put up a poll with a couple of different dates when we have a few more names down. Just pass the word around. Even if we got 20 or 30 that would be great

OK. Just want to remind everybody that if you know someone who wants to go to this thing, I need their name down here. Reason being that in January a poll will be going up here to decide where and when we should have it. If they havent signed up to here then they wont get an e-mail asking them to vote so make sure everyone gets their name down. Happy Christmas all.

To the person who voted 6th of March. That's a Friday, not a Saturday as the poll suggests.

That would be me. The later the better as far as I'm concerned as it gives me time to book a flight home.

That said I think I'm barred from the venue anyways, last time I was there I didn't exactly hang around to find out :D

    Hi

There are a few of us who now live in England...We are really keen to attend the reunion but none of the dates above suit.

Is it possible to organise something later in March or to add more dates to the list? This will give us the opportunity to organise flights etc.

    Thanks
    Elaine Clarke

    Hi Elaine

Really sorry but the dates here were picked so as to avoid clashes with other bigger events i.e Valentines day , school mid terms , Major sporting events, Paddys day etc. And in giving 5 dates over 3 different weekends its probably true to say most will be able to work around them although I do understand as is in your case that it just doesnt suit. Time scales have to be put on these things otherwise it would go on forever and it would end up never happening. Due to the fact that we do have to confirm a date the poll will close on the last day of January. Hope you can make it.

    Ed

Let's hope 6th Feb doesn't win the poll then.

If I booked flights home now for 21st Feb or 7th March it would probably cost me about £50.

If I book at the end of Jan when the poll closes I will be looking at about £120.

If it's the 6th of Feb and the poll closes on 31st Jan I'm looking at about £500 to fly home.:(

    As in Moses?

If so, I can't speak for anyone else here, but personally I'd rather ride a bike with no saddle around Ireland than spend a night in the company of that man.

All teachers both past and present are more than welcome, infact it is to be encouraged.

    No hang ups.

I can admit I was a little fecker in school and I think the teachers at Marks showed some great patience with me. Personally I would love to see some of my old teachers, McHale, Bohan et all

On the other hand I only have a gripe with one teacher from my whole time, Mr Ryan. I cannot abide anyone, whether it be in school or the workplace, singling out someone and picking on them. I had no time for the man back then and time has not changed that fact.
