Ive layed Middlesboro and Chelsea -1.5, both odds on.

Chelsea have a really tough match against a defensive Sunderland. I think that Keane is a useless manager not playing Murphy and playing Dwight Yorke. Also, dropping Chimbonda for being late for training was a crazy decision. But if Keane picks the right team they will give Chelsea trouble.

I think Hull may score against United. Im not too sure though, Hull will be very defensive.

    Arsenal should win.

Go West Ham - surely worth a punt at 4/1

Like I say it depends what team Keane puts out. Hes a truly dreadful manager but he plays a defensive counter attacking style that will make it difficult for Chelsea. Missing Gordon upsets the defense but Gordon is useless from long range shots so it may be a blessing in disguise.

I layed Middleboro and West Ham almost won, should have won so I was ok.

I didn't see the team Sunderland had out. No Collins and Diouf and Waghorn on up front  Keane wanted to lose the game.

Had Arsenal, Boro and Pompy in one accum :pac:

But had it covered with United, Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Barce! So €12 profit, happy days.

Just wanted to have a more respectable balance in my account for the CL... :)

I'm thinking a sneaky €20 on Spurs to beat Liverpool, I think Spurs are on the way up and the Pool are getting away with it at the moment. But my Lock of the Week is:

€50 double Everton / Middlesboro. Odds look like just over 7/2
Opened the PP account with €100 (Add a Zero anyone?) and put €10 on each.

€17.50 profit, I love you Roman Pavlyuchenko!!!
Don't really fancy anything in the rest of the weekends fixtures.

I cannot see anything but a Manchester win today against Bolton although something tells me Bolton will score today and may get a point. No bet for me

Ha ha I love your optimism. You're definitely not a City fan!

Aren't Arsenal still really vulnerable to set plays. Delap could destroy them, especially with Gallas out and Almunia in goals. Cheeky stoke bet could be in order because they defended well against the Pool who are better in the air

Good lord why didn't I take my own advice. Won with an easy acca yesterday but this would have been better.

Today I'm on over. 2.5 goals in Udinese and Genoa, there was 13 goals in these two games last year, and Lyon in an acca at 2.8ish

Remember the odds on Stoke Bubs? Was it 7/1 or am I mistaken?

  • Registered Users Posts: 40,861 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Betfair offering 1.89 on under 2.5 in the Bolton/City game.

Bolton have scored the least goals in the Prem so far this season and we haven't scored in our last 3 visits to the Reebok.

I didn't check the odds but I'd assume that it was 6/1 or 7/1 since it was big 4 team away from home. 7/1 sounds about right because that's what Hull were against Chelsea and both Stoke and Arsenal are respectively worse.

I've been on fire on my big reasoned tips recently but I never end up putting money on them for one reason or the other, usually due to laziness. No money on Stoke and when i tipped Napoli against Juve no money on Napoli and as of now, I still haven't pulled the trigger on Milan vs. Napoli

I'm sure you don't need to be Irish to be a Harps fan.

Was looking at the draw in the Milan/Napoli game.

Looking good. Udinese drew 2-2 and Lyon are 1 up. Could be the best weekend of the year

    Paddy Power had 15/2.

Bloody Napoli bastards. I got the draw @ 3.85 but some donkey had to go score an OG in the 87th minute
