Thanks to all for posting, it's really helpful.

I would love to hear from the people who have had the IA:

    - do you take it out to eat?

    - how many hours a day do you leave it out (if at all)?

The 'spring' aligner I have seems similar to the IA (a cheaper, slower version) and I'm taking it out to eat and for presentations, etc, which I know I shouldn't.

Following Oral Surgeon's helpful comment on another thread, I'm calling the ortho tomorrow to look at other options, but would be great to hear from IA users also.

    Thanks

    hi
does it work with crowns, or in my case one crown on top front fitted

Teeth with a single crown will move fine with any type of braces, bridgework is a little more difficult, but from what you describe there should be no issues.
