Literally I'm afraid. I'm trying my best to recoup my investment in knee and elbow pads

Hey folks thanks for very nice spin today. Was afraid that the rust was set in (after long period off) and that I would really stuggle but was grand in the end. It was a pity about the weather but we still had a good morning, fair play all round. Thanks.

Pic from car park near the Blue Light after the first bit of 'up'. Worth it for the view?

Where and how do you get the elevation information?

A Garmin Forerunner 305, although there are many other Garmins that will do it. Couple that with the software program, Sporttracks, and you have a recipe for success.

At the time, yes. I'm sure the price has dropped by now.
