Any one from Mallow?

Interested to know if anyone is from Mallow? I've recently moved to Mallow myself so just getting to know my way around. Also done some local publicity, be useful to know if you have seen it about the place. Any recommendations, places to go, pubs/restaurants?

If anyone seen the pictures of a mallow in the flood in the corkman and the evening echo, the old guy with the drink stains and the red blotchy face is our drunk jimmy lol

You mean the guy that walks with his legs 2' apart when he is drunk? He seems to be getting the hang of walking that way now as he used to fall over a lot up to a few years ago.

he's often down by 2euro city trying to spit out words while sitting in a pool of his own urine and other foul like that.....
