    Some on the M1 also have. The cable based network for them could be malfunctioning/defunct and they could be being replaced with the solar/cellular units everywhere else has.


    On a side note, last Thursday the first phone was being installed on the Arklow BP, the bases are present along that entire section of M11.

    Looks like the final stretch of the M6 that's been without the SOS kiosks is finally getting them. A set of platforms have been erected on the strech between J13 (Athlone West) and J14 (Ballinasloe East) I'd say the kiosks would be installed probably by the end of the month.

    That's good news! It's approximately 20km between J13 & J14 so emergency phones are definitely needed.
