Jolly Mariner is well gone, apartments on the site now.

There was another video store around St. Peter's Square.

The Joke Shop where Beanies is now.

What was on the site of Rayners, before the building literally started to fall down.

It was a sports shop, Brawny Sports.

    I'll add to the list,
Daniel O' Donnells (Video-Electric cheers Vas_Guy) may have been his name, it was a shop, photo, copy shop on Connaught Street they also sold lightbulbs and various electronic do-dads, used to go there for my batteries, connectors, wires, bulbs, leds etc..,
then you had Keoghs (sp?), convienience shop, Connaught Street, McGarraths (sp?), Connaught Street,
    Lacies Shop, Accommodation Road,
the laundromat on, near the St. Peters and Pauls church,
the area at Pearse Court did that have shops or was it empty space?
    The Dean Crowe Hall, redeveloped,
DH Burkes / Cosmo Connaught Street,
A poud shop next to Mc Neills pub,
    Brendans Barbershop in Connaught Gardens,

That's all I can think of for now :P

Jebus, Bradbury's ... used to be brought in there for a treat!

Something twigging the memory about Sams ... think it changed to a hairdressers and then a blinds/curtain shop! May/maynot have sponsored Willow Park football team at one stage!

Thought the porno's were the top shelf at the back wall lol. *cough* there was also the mysterious staircase that lead upstairs, which towards the end before it closed we were allowed up there, probably because it was over 16's or something.

Wouldn't be surprised if there was more porno in a suitcase behind the counter. I could also say something that could be considered slander. *cough* Leb copies *cough*
