Slendertone Flex Bottom and Thighs

Just wondering if anyone has used this, I am going to buy one shortly and would like to find some honest reviews as there aren't that many on internet which worry me.
I am very active but as usual problem areas are hips, ass and thighs so said I'd give it a shot and would welcome any comments

I'm not a forum regular but I do have an interest in fitness and to be honest I think you could do more constructive things with your money.

What are your goals? Lose some flab, get a more shapely set of legs/bum etc

My goal is to lose some weight and shape up that general area, I gave myself two months of really working hard and to be honest I'm going to actually disappear everywhere else and just be a walking ass if I continue. It's got to the point where i go to the gym and try and not move my upper body. I do everything spinning, boxercise, running, step, cross trainer, swimming and pilates and then all the squats, lunges and weights. I do think it could be waste of money but it's not that much, but if i thought there is something else exercise wise I could do I'd give that a shot first

If your hip, ass and thighs are the problem areas your diet will be responsible for shifting it by and large, and exercise will just help speed up the process and help with shape.

Well diet is the most important factor in the majority of fitness programs

It is very hard to out train a poor diet. Now your diet may be very good but is it good enough to reach your goals.

Exercise is fantastic, especially for a healthy body but to change your body shape (either lose fat or gain muscle) unfortunately your food is where it counts. The fitness forum has a saying, six packs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.

To be honest if you think you cant sort your diet on your own and you're going to spend money, I'd spend it on a professional personal trainer (not an instructor in the gym) and get him to go through your eating plan with a fine tooth comb.

check out the stickies on the top of the fitness forum, they're very good.

tipex what's your diet and training like at the moment? If you're already very active you'll have the foundations and the basic-know how for effective training. Hell, you already know what squats & lunges are already
