Unlimited shotgun license. What does this mean?

Got this years shotgun license for my Mossberg 88 pump action, 5 + 1 shot mag. It states "Unlimited with endorsement" subject to condition 'A'.
Same as last year but what does the Unlimited refer to?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but...

I believe unlimited means you can shoot on other peoples land as long as you have their permission, where limited is limited to land you own yourself. Also unlimited comes with 100 ammo limit where limited has 25.

I'm sure I've some of that wrong but it's a start lol...

Correct John. Limited also means it's a vermin ONLY gun, normally used by a farmer or nominated person to control vermin on theo the farmers land (or clays), also more importantly you cannot shoot game with it. The extra money on an unlimited license is for a geme licence.

I got an increase to 250 this mornng on the shotgun and on the 22lr.:D

Yes, if you are in a club/have permission on farmer's land and meet the necessary security/competency requirements.
