114.5 here and the queues of cars are going back all the way to the industrial estate roundabout. They're going to stay open as long as they have petrol in the tanks.

Obviously he dropped the price to match the price in Raheen, especially when everyone was heading out there ti fill up.

The power of the net - :):D:):D

Its not like anyone is gonna save that much. If it goes up by 8c a litre, and u get 40 litres you are only saving 3 bucks 20 in a market where the petrol prices are currently on the way down.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,960 ✭✭✭DarkJager

Is this 8c increase fixed now?? As in, will we not see any drop in price of petrol even if the cost of a barrel comes down? I'm still reeling over this budget, what a shambolic failure of a mess....

  • Moderators, Music Moderators Posts: 35,943 Mod ✭✭✭✭dr.bollocko

Nah the cost in the price of petrol still fluctuates. It just has more duty owing on it now.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,010 ✭✭✭Tech3

yeah and from what ive been hearing petrol prices might be still on the decrease so might level it out in a few weeks hopefully.

The lines of cars at the Texaco station in Raheen are unreal. I drove past it about 30 minutes ago, and the line goes from the forecourt to back to the Raheen Industrial estate roundabout on one side, and another line heading out towards the For Home/Co Op store.

The petrol is 114.9 there until midnight

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,441 ✭✭✭RINO87

suppose i should have filled up, ah maybe not, id probly just have used what i would have saved driving out there.

on a side does the 50c on wine apply to buckfast?
