    soupdragon, I assume you are trying to get your post count up to 50 so you can post pictures. That's fine, but please don't spam one thread with posts in order to do this, you can get your post count up just as easily by contributing constructively around the site.

    so many butterflies the other day-blue ones were fascinated with my blue shoelaces but I couldn't get a single pic of them.So flittery
    Must have been hundreds of butterflies in about half hour walk down beside the beach on a flowery meadow
    this is only pic worth showing.
    makes me appreciate all the great butterfly pics here thats for sure

    Bumblebees' nest in the grass

    The burnt grass is more or less the "landing pad". All that's visible of the nest is the small black hole, which is the entrance.

    There was quite an amount of traffic in and out within the space of a couple of minutes. I've put the lawn-mower over this nest a few times without realisizing what is there.
