    i walk in st catherines park/lucan demesne everyday. theres always lads with cameras there. lots to see i suppose! i have a canon 500 but no zoom lens so its not possible to capture wildlife. my aim is to get some shots of the BOPs and the kingfisher down there. thats the dream anyway.

    Hi Capercaille, Yes, very easy to spot and photograph..... and same for the Iceland Gull, both in the same area, Sean Walsh Park Tallaght. Both still there today..

    Snapped this gull at Broadmeadows Estuary. It looks like a herring gull except the spot on the bill is black not red as on a herring gull. Anybody have any thoughts on what it might be?
