I laughed hard then I thought of this poem and reminded myself of the grief involved in having a child die when their head impacts a bumper.

Hence the reason most insurance companies ask where will your car be parked in a drive-way/garage or on the road.

And the last time. Some consolation I suppose, but I'd prefer if they just didn't bloody do it in the first place!

I would look out for cars in the area that may have some front or rear damage. Chances are if there is a motor out there with the damage, with some custom paint like yours, they may have hit it.

Not much you can do about it now, but it's nice to get some closure. Not that i'll be getting any, after some bastard robbed the dustcaps of my car in Liffey Valley the other day.

To those that asked, it is a CRX and a bit of a special one as well (despite the work needed ). Like I said, I wasn't looking for sympathy and I definitely wasn't looking for snide comments from the ill-informed who think they know everything, I was just ranting about how careless and stupid people are as this is the second time this has happened to me in two months. No matter how many people I have offended with my funny rear lights, I don't think this is justified. I also dread to think what would happen if a smaller target, like a child, had been in the same spot my car was on both occasions.
