    Titan are the worst company to deal with ever..

    had a shocking experience, partly my fault - but I have never dealt with such a poor company before.

    story - 1st deposit £100, small amount spent on poker little on casino - further £250 spent same day - then I have a few wins - $250 from poker & start winning on the casino,

    so withdraw £1000, happy as larry & continue to play, win further on the casinos, to the tune of £2.5K more - to say happy is now an understatement, so try to withdraw £2.8K on top of my initial £1K all to my visa I made the initial deposits to. cant withdraw more than £2K to visa, great I think so do the max & play the remainder, the casino goes on a total suck out & Poker bad beats to die for...... so go to put in a further £100 for a couple of tourneys only to be told my £3K in total withdraws are still available, (gambler in me takes over & end up spunking back £2400 of it!!! anyway set up a minimal deposit limit & stay away for 3 days till the withdraw is in my account,
    go online today - no money in bank - no email from them asking for docs, call up - told to supply docs, told em where to go as they made 6 deposits off my card so if it wasnt mine why would I want the bloody money back on it??

    its now with security - they cant say how long it will take.. great service.

    compare these con men to blue square in the UK, same network, allow you to hide casino games unlike titan & withdraw in my account NBD, I will never use the sharks at titan again - support staff barely speak english & the TW*T didnt understand why I dont have a fax/scanner machine,

    anyway rant over!
