Yeah, I reckon I could give them a run for their money mpg wise, but I doubt / hope I wouldn't be able to touch them oil wise.

Rovi, indeed, you WILL have to try harder......19MPG, a very poor report card for you, given the car..... :D

    Passat 2.0 Tdi 140bhp.
70 litre tank so about 65 litres per fill.
900 to 1000km depending on type of driving. I did 1080 once.

Well, I do drive it like there were eggs under the throttle pedal (most of the time).
When it comes time to open up the taps though...

Plenty of owners on the various RS forums are reporting MPG in the low teens to single figures.

About 250 - 300 to the tank, depending on the weight of the throttle pedal...

Toyota Altezza Rs200 2 litre petrol, get an average of 500ish km for 50 litres sometimes little less or more. Not bad I guess for a 200bhp. Could get more if I drove it a little lighter:D

2005 Honda Accord 2.2 i-CTDI 140 BHP, 55l tank, 660 miles per tank, 54 mpg approx, mainly National Roads but about 100 miles of that on Regional rds.

    60 litre tank - 500 -550 miles per tank,90% n11 driving

2004 Ford Mondeo Zetec 2.0 TDCI . 50mpg when driven anywhere but a motorway. 45mpg when a motorway was included.

2007 new shape Ford Mondeo Zetec 1.8TDCI. Best was 46mpg and drops to 43mpg when motorway included.

All figures calculated over many fills, and calculated from miles done and litres to fill. Ignored all readouts on the car itself for mpg.
