Ha, same here. Some interesting tattoos, and a nice body shape to put them on, but the rest wouldn't appeal very much to me.

Meh, I can see the attraction but they don't really do much for me. I also agree they don't look very cuddly. Also, they's probably spend more time in front of the mirror than me and that's not sexy!

I don't find him attractive, but I see plenty to cuddle.

    I'd do time for him.

Too poncey-looking. He'd spend more time getting ready to go out than any woman. Very "macho gay icon". Not sexy at all - in fact kinda asexual looking. Bet he'd be like a board in bed - although I'd be surprised if he was into women.

Good looking all right and I like a certain amount of lean-ness but that much beefcake requires far too much maintenance.

OK I've come to the conclusion that with the exception of Myself, Anti, emo!!, Quality, LadyJ, SW81 and orla you're all ghay, maybe I should post a few pics of Ellen Degeneris to make you all happy :D:D

The only thing that caught my attention was his tattoo, and even that is a bit meh, should've gone for a half sleeve instead of that which is a bit oddly placed IMO.

More my kinda thing ... sense of humour intelligent, dark hair dark eyes and definately has the cuddle factor....

honey if we all liked the same type of man where would the fun be? plus theres prob a strong chance that guy is gay.

Honestly that guy looks like he'd be as dull as dish water to talk to. I'll take christopher meloni [law and order SVU] over him any day but thats me.

That mother***k*r is GOOD-looking! All you ladies that say you wouldn't are deluding yourselves. What if I told you that, as well as being sinfully pulchritudinous, he's also . . . RICH!

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 13,425 ✭✭✭✭Ginny

He's pretty for a man, thats the problem, are you seriously trying to troll? what in gods name would his wealth have to do with his attraction?

I won't labour the point, but stop being so naive and / or dishonest. Are you making an argument that women aren't attracted by wealth (among other things)?

I'm not. In fact, nearly everyone I've gone out with has either earned less than me, or nothing at all.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 13,425 ✭✭✭✭Ginny

Well if you're going to get personal, stop looking for a fight, yes I am, I'm not ergo there are women who aren't. Just like there's men attracted to females because of their wealth, and most that aren't.

What has your particular case got to do with anything? I was speaking in general terms.

Are you disagreeing with my general hypothesis that, all things being equal, women gravitate toward wealth where they can?

As I've already said if we were all attracted to the same thing were would the fun be? Some women are attracted to wealth, others to looks, others humour etc etc I like the guys ink but other then that I'm just looking at walking mannequin and not even a moving one as they are still photos.

I'm making assumptions [but sadly thats what we all do] that given the way he looks he spends hours in the gym - turn off for me. He works in a very vain and shallow industry - yawn no interest. I think he looks boring, maybe thats just the way he's meant to look on the runway but I like a guy with that mischievous glint in his eye [hmmmmm Christopher Meloni]

Ignoring the whole would you date and look at it purely as eye candy no I wouldn't stick his poster on my wall, like I've stand people have different tastes are you really going to argue that all women like the same thing cus I think I can prove you wrong.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,312 ✭✭✭rediguana

Why is the model assumed to be a dullard? For all you know he has PhD.

Yeah, everyone has different tastes, but people generally like the same things - a healthy complexion, robust physique, intelligence, a sense of fun.

Why is George Clooney universally popular? Are you trying to tell me that some girls go for handsome, charming billionaires and some go for deadbeat, monosyllabic misanthropes? Taste is only individual to an extent.

The most interesting thing about people is that, by and large, they're all the same. I'm not having a pop at women here. I just think that if you superimpose a great personality on our much maligned model, you've got yourself a Grade-A catch.

hence why i said I am making assumptions - like it or not we all judge people without knowing much about them. My reply to the OP was based on the images posted and based on those images posted I don't find him attractive.
    rediguana wrote: »

Everyone has different tastes but generally like the same thing? That makes no sense. So should the same go for women - we should all be the same dress size and the same hair etc. etc. We've had I don't know how many posts on PI and after hours about what guys like in women and the results are always all over the place.
    rediguana wrote: »

While how come so many deadbeat, monosyllabic misanthropes have girlfriends/boyfriends? I don't want this to get into a discussion on free will but I like what I like and the same way I'm expected to respect other peoples choices I would hope people respect mine. What would I gain from lieing on an internet message board? I've no bf at the moment to upset, I don't think that guy is going to find this thread and get upset that some people didn't think he was the be all and end all. I gave an honest reaction to the photos.

God I would just hate it if that were true.

again is back to making assumptions based on a couple of images. You superimpose a great personality on to him, to me he looks dead in the eyes, I can't judge him on anything more then my own tastes and view and he just doesn't do it for me.
