For $80k you can have the shed and 2 trees. I might just throw in a couple local girls, but you have to pay for shipping.

Two majestic Washington State evergreen trees about 100 feet tall aka 30 meters. All the cool people have them and so should you. These are Seattle area trees so you will have to hug them periodically.

Another update. Things aren't going well. The housing market crash finally hit Seattle this year and I'm having a terrible time selling my house. I keep dropping the price hoping someone will pick it up here soon but I'm a few months away and have had only 6 people look at the place since I listed it 2 months ago. I switched my selling agent last week hoping that will help. If it doesn't sell by August I'm going to have to find a replacement job and push this off for a year but luckily the school was nice enough to allow me to defer my tuition to next year.

Hey there just wondering if you've thought about accommodation yet. I have a really nice house to rent just about 15mins drive from Carlow Town. It is a 2 bed all mod cons I can send you the link on Daft if you might be interested

    Cheers

I've had to call off my move till next year due to my house not selling. My new selling agent says it's the worst housing market he's seen in over 20 years and it may be many more months before I get an offer. Anyways, I requested the school defer the tuition I already paid to be applied to the following school year and I will be in the Kildare area next Wednesday till the 5th.
