Don't mind the tea business - a cup of strong black coffee NO sugar is all you need, at the start of the day, mid morning, afternoon oh yeah and about 5 between dinner and bedtime..............

None for me. I used to take 1 in coffee and none in tea. While I worked in BOI I found I needed two in both. Im not sure why - I enjoyed the job. Once I left I went back to none in tea and one in coffee. I have sinced switched to none in coffee too. I recently also gave up sugar on Weetabix.

Weaned myself off sugar a while back and been doing fine since.

Tho since starting work I tend to add one sachet to my tea in the morning.

    Still chose 0 tho :)

I completely agree. The very thought of having sugar in tea makes me nauseous.

    None for me

Once when I was a kid I used to put sugar in tea and on Coco Pops and Corn Flakes. Went of it for Lent and when Lent was over decided that tea and most cereal tasted better without.

I now only put sugar on Weetabix and porridge

    0 for me.

A friend of mine has 6 spoons in a small cup! The question there would be "How much tea do you take with your sugar?"

There should be an 'I don't drink Tea' option? That way we could all vote.

I've weaned myself off my sugar in my morning latte and lost weight from it :D

1 sugar in the tea tho, cant be without it! (Actually I'd survive without it but I prefer it!)

Slightly off topic - I hate people lliking weak tea - Drop the teabag in the water and take it out immediately - That's not feckin real tea ye freak!

    Sorry I'm a bit hungover

None for me, used to take 2-3 but just decided one cuppa to try without and never took again, has to be strong though, 2 teabags left in for 2-3 minutes and all the juice squeezed out of them, tiny drop of milk.

I'm just pointing out foreigners drink coffee. I think you'll also find I made no mention to real men but instead used a derogatory slur which is unisexual, if that's even a word.

Don't worry I'm confident that as soon as they introduce electricity to
the West you'll be able to make and drink an espresso ;)

Sure beats a pot of stewed tae from the pot on top of the Aga.
