Can anyone tell me if this CPU is any good?
I know the specs are good....but for the price it seems to good to be true. Whats the catch?

Its ok ... last gen tech but pretty good for the price. I'd be wary though the guy doesn't seem to know what the hell he is talking about (9.2ghz combined power ... wtf?? ).

anyone car or house flooded?

our car got stuck and filled up with water today, its a VW Golf, i think its ruined, just see what the insurance people say

Thats a bit ****. Corks pretty screwed at the moment. I live on top of a hill so unless my local town gets hit by about 40 feet of water, ill be ok. Nearly went into a flood last night at around 6pm.
Raining, late for a meeting, driving fast on back roads....notice the road ahead looks like a sheet of glass....realize i shouldnt really be doing 55mph. Managed to come to a stop before it came over the door well. Crisis averted....bloody NCT thursday :pac:

its bad, all the electrics dont work, windows dont work, had to tow it home and scoop out the water

i live on top of a big hill too, cork must be really bad, its on the news too about the flooding

Few fields around my place are fairly waterlogged and the roads are pretty flooded but other than that alls well thankfully.

Yeah nice one hive.
Bought a few thing of pix before. Good service....allthough i was a little worried 3 days ago when my external hard drive arrived with a 2 pin plug. That wasnt the problem, just stick a pen in the earth terminal and hey presto. The problem was they (PIX, not the maker of the HD) threw a standard 13amp plug top into the package for me. Are they trying to get me to fry it? :eek:
