I like to lie back in my recliner, good book and/or glass of red wine.

    What do you do?

I like a nice bath with some bath bombs from lush
the jacuzzi in the gym is good too
After it a nice cup of tea and some chocolate or nibbles

find lieing in the sun very relaxing as well with a good book and relaxing music on ipod and some nice coke (cola) and nibbles

MMMmmm food seesm to be appearing just a little too much in my relaxation scenarios

Got a new recliner recently so it has been in use many times. Just stick on some Pure Moods or have a cup of Lyons and watch something on Discovery Channel (one of the survival shows while I sit in my comfortable, well insulated living room, nice feeling inside. :D).

Go for a run, go to the gym, go for a walk at night-time and find a place to sit. Talk to my dog. All great for instant stress relief.

    Stress relief:
    Go for a cycle.
    Go for a walk.
Have a good long hot shower or sometimes a bath.
Play with my daughter (Playdoh is excellent stuff for relaxing play).
Curl up on couch with my other half to watch a good film (or with the cat if he's away).

the gym, followed by some sauna/steam room action is about as relaxing as life gets.

other then that walking with the ole ipod works a charm...

    Yea that makes no sense.

Question: How do you chill out and relax?
    Answer: Yore ma.

Couldn't you of least made the effort and said

fúcking/screwing/lamping 'yore ma' out of it.

    Please try harder.
