Having had (yet) another look at her, and having rehomed a few of these in my time, I'd be reasonably sure she's a westie x bichon.
Lovely name too, it suits her :o

Technically not my pet, but just back from holidays and this beautiful iguana lived in one of the palm trees at our pool. There was 2 of them but this is the larger of the two, he was 3-4ft long including his tail and he used to potter out in the early afternoon looking for food. The kitchen staff used to feed them and brought us out some romaine lettuce to feed him.

There's a little video of him having his dinner :-)

He was lovely! I do quite like reptiles, but trying to keep something of his size climate controlled here would take a very big tank! The staff were telling me that the past couple of winters have been colder in Florida (by their standards!) and it's not unusual at night for the iguanas to almost go into a coma and fall out of their tree and act dead on the ground. When the sun rises they wake up and climb back up their tree!

We took in these 2 at the weekend. They used to be feral. Now they're spoilt and can't remember a life before being handfed chicken and tuna.

What I'm getting tomorrow; three weeks old and only three are still alive (originally five). Currently left alone for 12h a day in an Art Gallery (they were found outside)... Good bye sleep; hello cuteness overload.

Local cat rescue organization always need more foster families. We're a confirmed permanent rescue family on file with them so we're one of the go to places when they need urgent help with a placement; esp. difficult once (i.e. the previous one we got had lost an eye and was malnourished; she's healed up and put on weight and is due to move on this Wednesday which is why we're getting these three instead who require bottle feeding every 3h or so).

Pesky leaves. Not sure who gets more out of it - me kicking the leaves, or him going nuts when I do it.

This is Dom. He's about 9-10 months. He was abandoned in Collon Animal Sanctuary a few weeks ago and I just happened to be looking for a new companion the very next day. I knew he was my new pal as soon as I saw him.

I was quite young when I got my last dog (Rocky) and never really trained him but his temperament made up for that. I knew Dom would need some training and was ready for a long hard struggle but I was happily surprised to find that he's actually very intelligent (not a trait Rocky was blessed with :o) so he learns quickly.

To whoever abandoned him, your loss, my gain.
