Rufus waiting to be dried off after a long walk and swim yesterday.

Was only sitting on that wall last weekend after a break away in the Kingsley. The wife and I were feeling guilty that we'd left our two boys at home. Such a lovely walk. Fitzgerald Park, is that the name? Rufus is lovely.

So we got a couple of snuggle junkies just over 2 months ago. I must look up some old pics to gauge how much they've grown. Anyway, it was big snip snip day yesterday. Not a bother on Sidd :D, Ellie is miserable :(

So my brother arrived down home on Wednesday last with the cutest little kitten. He is called Zeus (not my choice). So Brother fecks off back to Cork and leaves me with hyper kitten with a very nasty cut on his leg. Been minding him all weekend, and dropped him into the vets this morning to get his leg seen to.
He is so cute and playful and very affectionate. I would love to keep him, but my landlord doesn't allow pets and when my parents arrive back I don't think they will want to keep him either as our other cat (the apple of my father's eye!) is extremely put out. She won't come into the house now.
They tolerated each other the first night, but Taylor hasn't come back in since.

And he insists on sitting on your face!

Six months since we got Degas last week, 8 months old now and she's really coming into herself. Playful, loving, moody when she wants to be and not afraid to give out if she doesn't get her way either. Wouldn't possibly be without her.

My brilliant dog Skye died at Easter and I have been unable to visit this thread for a while. In my head it seems like a betrayal to get another dog but I did.
Meet Trixie (named by previous owner) I feel a bit of a sap calling her when we are out. She is a great dog and has helped lift my spirits no end.

We have a dining room table that is frosted glass, with 6 small squares of clear glass in it. When my wife sits down she is forever moaning that Piper is willing her to die so she can get some of her food, now this morning i sat down for breakfast (smoked mackerel if ya must know) and sat in my wife's seat, now i understand where she's coming from

    Hi all,
Thanks to our sharp-eyed posters who have spotted that this thread is nearing the 10,000 post mark, at which point boards.ie gets beamed up by aliens or something.
So, I'm closing this now, and will open a new thread.
    Thanks all,
