@Sarannewrap Wow, they are absolutely gorgeous. One of mine has a habit of sitting on my laptop too, gives an innocent face like yours give, so cute. He also sits on my newspaper (sometimes he even gets to it while I am out, he always seems to rip the bits I wanted to read), sits on the remote control and changes channel, basically I am convinced that he is telepathic and knows what I want to do, right attention seeker.

so proud of her, not many rescue dogs make it to champion! next step is her 'GR CH' title, hopefully by this time next year she'll have gained it :)

Congratulations Dolly. An example of how rescue dogs are such a great gift to their owners. We help them out and they reward us a thousand times over.

This little lady was bought by a family who couldn't handle a pup so she was given to my aunt. One of these designer dogs, jack russell crossed with a pug  Wired to the moon and such a handful and as much as I hate designer breeds, you couldn't give her back, she's great :)

Just to break the mould a bit this was me and Bella a few years ago. She was a rejected twin. She wouldnt sleep without me lying next to her in the straw & I had to creep away so I could get a few hours kip away!

Excuse the moi but I don't have the heart to crop this image, first time she was out and I was lying on a blue blanket reading. he kept coming up to me and snorting! Just like a horse! As if to say.....eh mum.....run with me. Shen then gave up and with a HUGE sigh just panted down next next to me.
    'Mum, yer too old'!!

    my 3 darlings.

My Koves recently had a tummy infection.
Basically he fought another cat and it scraped his tum tum and it went septic:mad:
Kovu (Bengal) lasted about 40 hours in a collar before I gave in.
Bashing his head against a wall didn't help/

    IsDrAQc.jpg

He really did not like the collar....

So I made a cat corset, basically I made a waterproof underbelly & front with a lace up back for him. No photos as he's gone awol but it seems to work really well.

Kovu Murr, someone told me about a new 'gadget' instead of a post-op-cone - its like a human's neck-pillow that is worn on airplanes, except with a closing bit to keep it on the cat/dogs neck. If you can imagine what I mean? Sounds like a huge improvement over those plastic cones which I always think stress the poor animal (and their freaked out buddies watching it!) I thought of a 'draught excluder' style home made device - a very long sock or jumper sleeve, stuffed with old socks or whatever, tied off at the two ends and pop it over the dog/cats head?? What do you think - will I patent it and make my millions?!?!? :D

Cheers, he's around 1 and a half. Not sure, he was a rescue, and they guesstimated he was around one when they found him... He's an Irish Terrier Greyhound we think. I think he's half shrub half shetland pony...
