Damokc, deepest sympathy on the death of Rolo. You both must be feeling very sad tonight. Have a little wake for Rolo, a glass of wine, look at some photos, shed some tears, go for walkies. Been there. My Toby, a beautiful handsome longhaired collie, died 15 years ago, still think of him. I had a funeral for him, cremated him, invited all my friends to the park where he used to go for walkies, buried his ashes under a large chestnut tree, had a piper play a dirge and then we all repaired to a little cafe called "Life Goes On" in the Italian area of Toronto. Sweet pet.

I'm sure all the cat owners recognise these eyes! The hour of madness that happens every night. He's now grooming himself on the couch, back to normal!

It is so nice to look at some happy well treated dogs after I've seen documentary about puppy farms, wish they could all have lives like that.. :(

Oh I watched that too it was so heartbreaking:( I would usually get rescue dogs but as I have a toddler now I could never know exactly what a rescue dog's background was :( did some research on miniature schnauzers and decided they were the breed for me. I got him from a responsible breeder, seen his parents etc. The minister for the environment really needs to sign that legislation for animal breeding:mad:
