    Guys he has only been charged, he has not been proven guilty.

    Thread locked, this case is still ongoing and I don't want all this speculation to land us in hot water. I'll let the AH mods decide on it in the morning when they've been released from the drunk tank. :)

    I don't think a thread discussing this case as if the man was guilty is a good idea. Until the case has been dealt with in court discussion about this should be kept to a minimum.
