Have to say, my car gives off great light doesnt it, pitch black when I took it :P

And, yeah I don't think they'd have the balls to stick a clamp on without damaging those snowflakes, hmmmmm.

Saw this on Friday night, looked fairly modified, 5 gauges on the dash! I wouldn't be gone on the visor (as I hate them in general) but a beautiful car all the same.

Tis an MR edition and there was a Nurburgring sticker on the side too...what i'd give to have a shot of that on the 'ring

I agree completely, those wheels are absolute muck and are as cheap as chips, a lad around here has them on his 2002 3 series and they're awful looking.

There's an 08 Nissan GT-R in Rush and there's a silver DBS between Swords and Malahide. Only ever seen it parked in drive so no pictures. :( Two 2007 Bentley's in Rush too.

Is it me or is anyone else getting sick of seeing pics of R8's? I'm not that gone on them TBH.

I'm more into the M3 on the other side of the road, tbh.

It's a sin to even compare the two if you ask me!

I agree that an M3 and an R8 shouldn't be compared, thought you'd know better than to make a statement like that Cian! But to be fair, anyone who has that kind of money and doesn't buy something like a Ferarri needs their head checked IMO.

    This for €116,950

    media?id=8983648&width=400&height=300

    ot this for €122,950

    media?id=8547360&width=400&height=300

But to be honest, I'd keep it Jap and get a GTR for cheaper than both!!

Having been in both, i'd take the R8 any day of the week.

I do have a soft spot for the GT-R... don't think i'd shell out the money for one though.

Just that one, replaced a different one.
Was a gift from Lamborghini to the police for use in organ transport and motorway work

Ah come on, looks wise the M3 is so much nicer.
Of course driving wise, it's be the R8.

[John McEnroe] You cannot be serious! [/John McEnroe]

The M3 looks like the million other 3 series out there. Ok, the front bumper is a bit deeper, the bonnet bulges a little bit and it has the twin dual exhausts. One could pass you by and you wouldn't notice unless you were watching out.

I guess it's all down personal tastes :P

Just over a year ago, we brought you the story of Lamborghini's gift of a Gallardo LP560-4 to the Italian State Police, equipped in full police regalia, for patrol duty on the highways and byways of central and southern Italy. Today, we bring you news of its demise.

The car struck a row of parked cars while being piloted through the streets of Cremona. Officially, the story is that the officer driving the Lamborghini swerved to avoid another car in the roadway that had cut it off.
Two policemen were in the car, and though the passenger got out with only bruises, the driver suffered crushed vertebra and a broken rib. Both are expected to recover fully.

The Gallardo, however, is not so lucky. Though it might be repairable, it will never be the car it once was: A GPS-logging, radar-gun-wielding, live-digital-video-broadcasting, gun-equipped terror of all things fast.

Italy's police have logged over 87,000 miles of duty with Gallardo patrol cars since 2004.

    Source!

The only person who I think needs their head checked more than an R8 buyer...is you!

I honestly think you're the only erson in the WORLD that would think that! The E92 M3 is far nicer than the E46 but still nowhere in the leauge of an R8. The two cars can't be compared if you ask me
